"Blessing or Curse—You Decide"

Reading: Deuteronomy 30:15-20 (Choose life or death)

Devotional: Nineveh had repented once under Jonah's preaching, experiencing God's mercy. Yet a century later, they laughed off Nahum's warnings and chose judgment over grace. God's "I am against you" didn't have to be their reality—His preference was always the promise of 1:7: "The Lord is good, a refuge in times of trouble." The choice was theirs. It's yours too. God sets before you blessing and curse, life and death. His warnings aren't threats but loving invitations to turn back. Complacency destroyed the "invincible" Nineveh. What areas of your life have grown complacent toward God's voice? Today, choose to trust Him as Savior rather than meet Him as Judge.
