
Dr. John Stevens
Dr. Stevens has faithfully served as a senior pastor for more than 20 years and has devoted much of his ministry to helping people navigate life's challenges through biblical counseling and discipleship. He works with individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of issues, including grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, marriage challenges, parenting concerns, and spiritual growth.
His educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in New Testament and Theology and a Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, as well as a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary. He is also a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and continues to pursue additional training to serve people effectively through both ministry and counseling.
John and his wife, Sue, have been married for 45 years. They have two married children and four grandsons. Accompanying him on many of life's adventures is his faithful golden retriever and right-hand buddy, Bella.
