"Who's in Charge" [Acts 27:21-25]
Life often brings storms we never expected. A difficult diagnosis, financial uncertainty, broken relationships, or an unclear future can leave us wondering if everything is spinning out of control.
In Acts 27, the Apostle Paul found himself in the middle of a violent storm with no sign of relief. Yet while everyone else gave in to fear, Paul stood with unwavering confidence because he trusted the promises of God. The storm had not ended, but God had spoken.
In this message, we'll discover three biblical responses for navigating life's storms: trusting God's Word above human wisdom, taking courage because God keeps His promises, and living by faith rather than by sight. Through Paul's example, we'll be reminded that God's faithfulness is greater than our fears and that His promises remain true even when our circumstances say otherwise.
Big Idea: When it seems that everything is out of control, God calls us to trust His promises because He remains in control.
