The loneliness after your loved one’s death can feel unbearable, but resisting the urge to isolate and making supportive connections can help. This session will give you practical ways to deal with feelings of isolation and find hope in the company of others.

Forgetting to care for your basic needs or wanting to numb the pain in unhealthy ways is understandable, but doing so will make you feel stuck. These healthy practices will help you deal with the stress of grief and refresh you emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
Grief can be an emotional hurricane that leaves your future feeling uncertain. Grief experts will help you gain stability and find ways to anchor yourself amid fears and worries about the future.
Anger can show up in a variety of ways after a loved one’s death. While feelings of anger are completely normal, they can wreak havoc and destroy relationships if not managed properly. Regrets are common after the loss of a loved one. But, left unchecked, they can lead to guilt, shame, and hopelessness, which can complicate your grief and slow the healing process. This week’s session will help you find freedom from these troubling thoughts.
The dynamics in your home are now different, and everyone is adjusting to the changes. This session discusses what to do with your loved one’s possessions, how to deal with secondary losses, and tips on parenting grieving children and teens.
Even the most well-meaning friends may say insensitive comments or not show up when you need them the most. It can be tough, but it’s also an opportunity to navigate these moments of hurt in ways that can ultimately bring you closer. This week’s session offers ways to deal with this hurt and even turn moments of pain into stepping stones for building stronger relationships.

Grief causes endless questions, and the hardest ones usually center on God and the afterlife. In this session, we’ll embark on a journey to find clarity and comfort, turning to the Bible as our guide. Through its wisdom, we’ll seek answers that not only help soothe our hearts but also bring us closer to understanding the bigger picture that God has painted for us.
Negative thought patterns can cause you to feel stuck in grief, but recognizing these patterns is essential for moving forward. Learn how Bible reading and prayer can defend against the spiral of negativity and guide us to deeper peace, understanding, and hope in the midst of sorrow.
Grief can cause your life to feel shattered. While the pieces can never be put back together in the same way, learn how they can be reused to create something new and meaningful.

Moving forward doesn’t mean forgetting your loved one. Instead, it’s about finding ways to cherish and celebrate his or her life while embarking on a journey that brings new fulfillment to your own. This final session will give you ways to honor and preserve your loved one’s memory as you pursue skills and interests that bring you a sense of purpose.
